WE'RE GRILLING!

It has been a while since I had cooked outside, so I wanted to do something special, and also including this pineapple I compulsively bought this past week. I named it Jerome.

I would like to dedicate this recipe to our father, who taught me how to grill and barbeque properly, and I'm sure would be impressed by the amazing impromptu BBQ sauce I had concocted. Hopefully so impressed he might one day share his rib dry rub recipe with me, so I can make millions off of it.

These Potatoes are Gouda

Gouda Potato Casserole

This makes a great side dish to anything.  In fact forget the main course or the guests.  Make this casserole and curl up with a fork, calories don’t count when the flavor is this good.
